Easy Custard Tart

This classic baked custard tart recipe is a family favourite!

Ingredients

  • 200g Maleny Dairies Custard

  • 2 eggs

  • 12 sweet pastry tart cases - frozen

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Method

  • Preheat oven to 160 degree's

  • Using a whisk, mix the eggs and custard together. Divide the mixture between the tart cases evenly. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

  • Optional: glaze the top with caramel.

  • Bake until set or for 10-15 minutes.
