A delicious and decadent snack, perfect for impressing guests or to unwind with a cup of coffee!

Ingredients
350g tub Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt
2 cups Self-Raising Flour
1/2 cup + 1 heaped tbsp Melted Lotus Biscoff Spread (20 sec in microwave)
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 + 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Crushed Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix your Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt with your flour and stir to combine. Tip out onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2min adding more flour if necessary.
Roll dough out into a rectangle around 1cm thick.
Brush your dough with your melted butter then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly and to the edges.
Drizzle your 1/2 cup of melted Biscoff spread evenly over the dough.
Roll your dough tightly into a sausage shape and cut into 2-3cm slices.
Place your rolls (swirl side up) in your baking tray leaving a small gap as they will expand a little while baking.
Bake for 15-20min or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool a little.
Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff biscuits.
Serve warm. Enjoy!

These Biscoff cinnamon rolls look incredible! I remember making a similar twist on classic cinnamon rolls during the holidays, and they were a huge hit. The blend of that caramelized flavor really takes it up a notch—definitely trying this recipe soon! slope run
The yoghurt dough is such a clever shortcut, and the Biscoff drizzle sounds perfect with coffee. For a very different kind of evening treat, I’ve also been enjoying Nate Hand Gesture, a psychological horror visual novel with branching dialogue and multiple endings.
These cinnamon rolls look fantastic—the Biscoff swirl is such a clever touch. I’ve saved the recipe for a weekend bake, followed by a quick break with Geometry Dash JP. Can’t wait to try it!
