A delicious and decadent snack, perfect for impressing guests or to unwind with a cup of coffee!

Ingredients
350g tub Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt
2 cups Self-Raising Flour
1/2 cup + 1 heaped tbsp Melted Lotus Biscoff Spread (20 sec in microwave)
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 + 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Crushed Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix your Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt with your flour and stir to combine. Tip out onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2min adding more flour if necessary.
Roll dough out into a rectangle around 1cm thick.
Brush your dough with your melted butter then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly and to the edges.
Drizzle your 1/2 cup of melted Biscoff spread evenly over the dough.
Roll your dough tightly into a sausage shape and cut into 2-3cm slices.
Place your rolls (swirl side up) in your baking tray leaving a small gap as they will expand a little while baking.
Bake for 15-20min or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool a little.
Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff biscuits.
Serve warm. Enjoy!

This recipe looks delicious! Following the steps and layering flavors reminds me of Crossy Road — not in the usual ‘dodging obstacles’ sense, but more like moving carefully lane by lane, where each choice adds to the final result. Each swirl of Biscoff and sprinkle of cinnamon is like a strategic move that makes the end product absolutely worth it
