Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls

A delicious and decadent snack, perfect for impressing guests or to unwind with a cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • 350g tub Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt

  • 2 cups Self-Raising Flour

  • 1/2 cup + 1 heaped tbsp Melted Lotus Biscoff Spread (20 sec in microwave)

  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 + 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

  • Crushed Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a square baking tin with baking paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix your Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt with your flour and stir to combine. Tip out onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2min adding more flour if necessary.

  3. Roll dough out into a rectangle around 1cm thick.

  4. Brush your dough with your melted butter then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly and to the edges.

  5. Drizzle your 1/2 cup of melted Biscoff spread evenly over the dough.

  6. Roll your dough tightly into a sausage shape and cut into 2-3cm slices.

  7. Place your rolls (swirl side up) in your baking tray leaving a small gap as they will expand a little while baking.

  8. Bake for 15-20min or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool a little.

  9. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff biscuits.

  10. Serve warm. Enjoy!

These Biscoff cinnamon rolls look absolutely incredible! Combining rich spiced Biscoff with fresh dairy for home baking is a match made in heaven. I also wanted to compliment your website’s design—it’s super charming, clean, and pages load remarkably fast on mobile. I actually stumbled across this recipe post while searching for pet sim 99 buy pets in another browser tab during a quick break, and I’m definitely saving this to try baking over the weekend. Great job!

These look incredible! I love that the dough uses yogurt instead of yeast — way less waiting around, and they still come out soft and fluffy. The Biscoff drizzle on top is pure genius, I'm definitely trying these this weekend. Speaking of making things look right, I've been messing around with a bad quality image tool lately for some joke photos for a group chat, and it's oddly fun how easy it is to make things look perfectly terrible. Anyway, thanks for sharing this recipe — my coffee breaks are about to get a whole lot better!
