These delicious savoury scones are perfect warm and slathered in butter! Super comforting and just what you need as we come into the cooler months!

Ingredients:
450g Self-Raising Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
50g Butter
225g Grated Cheese + 25g more for decoration (we love using Maleny Cheese or Kenilworth Dairies cheddars!)
250g Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt
Pinch of Salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius (or 180 degrees Fan) and line a flat tray with baking paper.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together into a large bowl.
Rub the butter into the flour mixture with your fingertips.
Stir in your grated cheese then add your Maleny Dairies Natural Yoghurt and start forming a soft (but not too wet) dough. Add more yogurt or flour as needed to get the right consistency.
Lightly knead the dough on a floured surface then roll out to approx. 2-3cm thick.
Cut your scones with a circle cutter and re-roll any scraps. A 6-7cm cutter should make around 12 scones, alternatively, you can roll out your dough into a rectangle then cut into 12 even squares for a more rustic look.
Place the scones on your baking tray and brush with a little yoghurt that has been let down with water (or any Maleny Dairies milk if you have it on hand!). Decorate with cheese.
Place your scones in your preheated oven for approx. 15min or until risen and golden.
Cool briefly on a wire rack then serve warm with butter.
** Tips: If not devouring straight away, cool your scones completely and store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze to enjoy later. Reheat your scones in a microwave or a low temperature oven.

These cheese scones look so comforting, especially served warm with butter—I might have to give this recipe a try. When I'm taking a break from baking, I usually play Rocket Goal for a bit since it's a fun, relaxing way to pass the time.
Someone dropped a link in a crypto trading Discord server, claiming you could use altcoins to play slots without any network fees. I usually ignore spam, but my portfolio was down and I needed a distraction from the red charts. Goodman Casino got my attention because their crypto deposit system was instant, with zero waiting time for confirmations. I started spinning a random slot, but the RNG seemed dead set against me from the very first click. I watched my altcoin balance shrink steadily, feeling like an idiot for gambling while the market was crashing. Being in Australia, finding a reliable crypto casino is tough, and I was literally one click away from closing the browser. On a pure whim, I…
My neighbor recommended this to me when we were talking about the lottery. He said the jackpot slots here actually pay out quite frequently to regular players. M99 Casino has been around for a while, and that stability shows in how well the software runs. I logged in and played some European roulette while in Australia. I usually stick to even money bets like red or black to make my bankroll last. Had a decent run, then decided to put a five-dollar chip on my lucky number, seventeen. To my absolute shock, the ball dropped right into that pocket. That thirty-five to one payout completely made my night. It is nice to play on a site that feels secure and established.

Hey, I came https://richard-online-casino.com across this one after seeing a short discussion in an AU gaming group online. Someone mentioned they preferred something simple for quick sessions, so I got curious. While checking it out, I clicked into and liked how quickly everything loaded. I didn’t feel lost at any point. My first few tries didn’t go great, but after sticking with it, I managed to land a decent payout. It wasn’t huge, but enough to leave me feeling satisfied rather than frustrated 😃
